Integrated Fab Technologies, LLC to triple size of production facility | News

SCHENECTADY - Schenectady County announced Thursday the Integrated Fab Technologies, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of DHA Holdings, Inc. (DHA) will triple the size of its production facility at the Glenville Business and Technology Park from 12,000 to 36,000 square feet.

According to a statement, the DHA also has the option to lease an additional 24,000 square feet of production space to accommodate for future planned growth. The county is providing a $100,000 loan through a revolving loan fund to help the company’s expansion. The expansion will create between 30 and 40 new jobs over the next three years.

“We are excited that DHA has committed to grow their company here in Schenectady County,” said Marty Finn, Chair of the Legislature’s Economic Development and Planning Committee.  “We thank them for investing in Schenectady County when they could be anywhere in the world.”

DHA President David Dussault also commented on the growth by saying, “We continue to serve the needs of our customers in the power generation sector.  Our facility in Glenville gives us the space we need to continue to expand our production to handle new orders.  We appreciate the support of Schenectady County, Pioneer Bank, the SBA and the New York Business Development Corporation as they assist us in making this expansion possible.  We also thank the Galesi Group for their support in providing additional leased space in Building 204 and for their ongoing support for our continued expansion.”
